A 15 minute discussion about the process of health coaching. Best if you are unsure whether you want to have a health coach, or to ask detailed questions about the coaching process.
Its often best to start with an initial consultation, though you can jump right in with coaching sessions. Contact me if you have questions before signing up. Once you make your first purchase, you will be sent a link to complete your on-boarding assessment.
Our kickoff to a great coaching relationship. This session can take up to two hours as we explore your health goals and make a plan to start your journey.

Includes up to 1 hour of live coaching per week, plus text or app based check-ins as needed. May be video, phone, email, app based or a combination.
Includes regular check-ins at least weekly via the ProCoach app. The app also provides you access to additional resources for your health improvement journey.
Payment is expected in advance of a session, or by the due date for monthly coaching clients.
Once a session is scheduled, a payment link or invoice will be sent via email..
Refunds will not be provided for appointments canceled less than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled meeting time, or if you do not show up to the appointment meeting time.
The Monthly coaching program will be paid on the same date every month. Auto-pay is preferred for monthly clients.
When you cancel your monthly program, the auto pay will stop for the next payment. No refunds will be issued unless you cancel within the first 5 days after your due date AND you have not received coaching services since your due date. If you have received coaching within that 5 day window, you may continue to receive the coaching services for the remainder of your final paid month.
