Together, we will work to incorporate incremental, positive new habits into your lifestyle to help you reach your personal health goals.
Even if you don't yet have defined health goals, my role as a health coach is to support you and help you figure out where you are, as well as where you want to end up (your "health zen"), and together we will make plans for your journey. "health zen" will mean different things to different people, and it may be a lofty ideal, but everyone can get there. Yes, we all will have challenges, setbacks, and well...life... that gets in the way at times, but every step forward is progress, no matter how small.
There is no perfect time to start your own journey to better health.
Simply taking that first step to ask for help is often the hardest part. Start today!

My education and training as a certified health coach, nutrition coach and personal trainer completes my coaching arsenal – allowing me to provide you, the client, with the tools and methods that will help you achieve your health goals.
I focus on the positive: you know your life, schedule and your body best, and you know what has and hasn't worked for you in the past. We'll work together on figuring out the best ways to adjust your habits so that getting to your ideal "health zen" doesn't feel like work, but becomes part of your daily routine.
